Instead, if we use coarse knob, it can break the slide and damage the objective. So, it is very important. 2.Response: It is important to ensure the increased magnification. As the field of view becomes very small and if we do not center the slide, the object may disappear from the field of view in higher magnification. By adjusting the side in the center, we can view the object best.
